SAFETY
Bartlett Cocke Industrial considers safety as the cornerstone of any successful construction project. Industrial job sites are complex environments that require a builder who understands the unique nature of these highly regulated and fast-paced settings. We implement stringent safety initiatives and programs that exceed OSHA, industry, and Owner requirements through the use of tools such as iAuditor software to streamline communication and identify trends and Building Information Modeling to visualize potential hazards.

QUALITY
Bartlett Cocke Industrial knows that if our delivery of service and the quality of the end product does not exceed your expectations, we will not be asked back to build for you again. Our continued success is dependent on how we perform now. This is what motivates us to make sure that all quality objectives are met. Our Field Inspection and Testing Manual, a fully developed quality control and assurance program, allows us to manage the project from the planning stage through the construction phase by utilizing Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), trade specific checklists and forms, and more. We also employ QA/QC Managers that can be dedicated to your project, if required.
